Nasce dalla sensazione percepita nell'ascoltare i suoni che ci circondano in cuffia per la prima volta. Erotica è il titolo di un audio costruito appunto con delle registrazioni, un approccio con l’ascolto e con l’assemblaggio, sarà l'inizio della serata, un input. Ci piacerebbe che si sviluppasse una rotazione un “equilibrio” nel quale ognuno per tempi relativamente brevi comandi l'audio.

Noi vi conosciamo ma tra voi non vi conoscete.

object: EROTIC is a calling for you.

It borns by sensation perceived by listening the sounds that surround us in the headphones for the first time. Erotica is the title of an audio built by a recording, an approach with listening and assembling, it will be the beginning of the evening, an input. We would like to develop a rotation, a "balance" which everyone for relatively short times, controls the audio.

We know you, but you do not know the others.

Dopo svariati giorni di maltempo costante,e quindi d ininterrotto ticchettio sul lucernaio, iniziavo a percepire la pioggia come un "rumore rosa"(usato con finalità di testare un impianto audio professionale dato che genera maggiore energia sulle basse frequenze ed energia uguale a tutte le ottave). Da questo spunto ho estrapolato il campione audio della pioggia da una clip video... ho poi  inziato a sovrapporre la stessa registrazione piu volte ma enfatizzando sempre diverse frequenze per ogni clip inizialmente identica...insieme ad altre registrazioni ambientali(naturali ed artificiali) ho creato un insieme di sonorità che, grazie alle randomizzazioni ed altri effetti,in parte, destabilizzano l ascolto...almeno questo è il tentativo...il nostro orecchio occidentale e quindi il cervello, in mancanza di essa, sono in continua ricerca d una ritmica lineare...che sopraggiungerà( o forse no) dopo una particolare evoluzione del magma sonoro proposto...di base sarà sempre presente questo rumore-non-rumore riservandomi la possibilità d interagire con gli altri musicisti attraverso  la manipolazione d un campionatore e vari equalizatori multibanda.

After several days of bad weather, I started perceiving the incessant ticking of the rain falling on the skylight as white noise (used to test professional audio equipment, because it generates more energy on the low frequencies and equal energy on the octaves). This led me to take a rain audio sample out of a video clip. I then overlapped the same recording many times, emphasizing each time a different frequency. By adding other ambient recordings, both natural and artificial, I created a set of sounds which, thanks to randomization and other effects, partly destabilize the listening experience – or at least that’s the intended outcome. Our Western ‘ear’ expects and searches for a linear rhythmic, which however cannot be found to start with. This may (or may not) occur after a specific evolution of the audio magma we are presenting. At the base there is always this ‘pseudo-noise’, which can interact, as and when desired, with the other musicians through the manipulation of a synthesizer and various multiband equalizers.

Dual Control

è un duo: Useless Idea & Ader. Il progetto nasce dallo studio della musica elettronica in ogni sua forma sperimentale per mezzo del campionamento e della manipolazione audio. Si propone di eseguire progetti estemporanei, di breve durata. Spesso il lavoro finale si presenta come un esecuzione live; la registrazione in diretta è l'unica testimonianza audio.

La Performance prevede l'utilizzo di campioni suoni di rumori naturali, in particolare di insetti, per ricreare tramite Sequencer atmosfere ambientali che si fondono a ritmiche Techno Glitch e melodie IDM.  

Dual Control is a duo: Useless Idea & Ader. Is the outcome of a personal study of electronic music in all its forms by means of sampling and experimental audio manipulation. It is proposed to perform impromptu projects, short-lived. Often the final work is presented as a live performance. the live recording is the only audio testimonial.

The performance involves the use of samples of natural sounds, especially the insects, recreate with sequancer, a environmental of atmospheres blend with IDM melodies, and, Techno Glitch rhythmics.

Robottino e Danny Lo Scippo

Robottino (Nicolò Rebagliati) e Danny Lo Scippo (Daniele Zonca), collaborano da circa un anno e partecipano assieme a diversi eventi sul territorio ligure; organizzatori delle "Danger! Danger! Night" insieme ad altri dj, trovano il loro punto d'incontro nel lato più melodico dell'elettronica da club, oltre che nella formazione musicale fatta di new wave, electro e minimal wave. Come autori sono la parte musicale del progetto live DKR, mentre si attende una prima release comune in uscita per l'estate

Robottino (Nicolò Rebagliati) e Danny Lo Scippo (Daniele Zonca) began cooperating one year ago, playing togheter in several events in Liguria; they also promote the "Danger! Danger! Nights" with other djs, sharing interest for the melodic side of techno and their musical background, composed of new wave, electro and minimal wave. As producer they perform live in the trio project called "DKR", waiting for the first common release, expected for this summer.
